Ian Dixon-Anderson
Kia Ora. I am a Marine Science PhD Candidate at the University of Otago with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, and a Master in Marine Sciences. My research is focused on the population dynamics, lifecycle and adaptive capabilities of the New Zealand sand dollar, Fellaster zelandiae. My interests lie in the application of analytical chemistry to studying the effects of future ocean conditions on marine life. I especially enjoy investigating marine invertebrate shells and have had the amazing opportunity to work on many unique and captivating specimens from Aotearoa New Zealand. Come see my poster (#743) or my talk Thursday midmorning (11:15am in session 11.6)
