PhD Student at the Institute of Marine and Antarctic Studies within the University of Tasmania working towards an improved understanding of the drivers contributing to nearshore marine heatwaves. Using a dynamical downscaling approach to develop both a process-based and climate-scale understanding of the east Australian Current (EAC) and it's influence on the shelf seas along eastern Australia.
