I am a deep-sea postdoctoral researcher at the Minderoo Foundation. My work revolves around using the environmental DNA (eDNA) to comprehensively characterize biodiversity and monitor species in complex marine habitats. I am interested in expanding the footprint of eDNA in the deep-sea, and exploring novel methodologies and technological applications. My PhD enhanced my ability to seamlessly integrate diverse research methodologies, enabling effective ecological problem-solving across various marine environments. With a deep understanding of ecological dynamics spanning deep-sea, Antarctic, and coastal ecosystems, I excel in addressing complex challenges within diverse marine environments using molecular tools.
