I am a senior coastal scientist based in Dunedin, New Zealand. I manage the coastal and estuarine monitoring progammes in Otago, NZ and provide scientific advice and evidence to support the sustainable management of coastal and freshwater resources. I am currently the co-chair of the coastal special interest group which represents regional government coastal scientists.
