Jeremy JD Day
I completed my undergraduate degree in Marine Biology at James Cook University in 2017 before spending some time in industry, where I worked as a scientific diver, commercial fisherman, divemaster and skipper in North Queensland and Western Australia. In 2020 I completed an Honours year in my hometown of Wollongong at the University of Wollongong, which led me to my current PhD research on the diets of urchins and their predators at the University of Newcastle. I enjoy permaculture gardening, surfing and spearfishing in my free time.
