Martina Doblin
Professor Martina Doblin (PhD) is the Director and CEO of the Sydney Institute of Marine Science, a partnership between four Sydney universities (UTS, UNSW, Macquarie and USyd) and the Leader of the Productive Coasts team at the University of Technology Sydney. Her research in Australian environments is focused on developing the evidence base around contaminants and impacts to water quality in coastal and marine environments, developing reporting for the Commonwealth State of the Environment, and finding solutions for increasing the resilience of coastal and marine ecosystems in the face of anthropogenic activities.
