Jiaxin Shi
Jiaxin is a second-year PhD student in IMAS, University of Tasmania. She started her major marine science at Ocean University of China (OUC) in 2018 and continued in IMAS, UTAS in 2020 on a 2+2 program between UTAS and OUC. She always holds great interest in oceanography research. After she was granted first-class Honours in 2022, she started her PhD study in the multidisciplinary field cross of Marine heatwave and ecology. Her thesis title is marine heatwaves hazards, risks under global warming.
