Oliver J Petersen
I am a PhD student at Flinders University using benthic imagery to research benthic habitats in the mesophotic zone in the Great Australian Bight and across the wider southern coastline down to Tasmania.
My research interests are: benthic ecology of mesophotic and deep sea ecosystems, anthozoan diversity in southern Australia, and applications of benthic imagery technologies.
In my free time you can find me in the water, either in a cave or in the sea!
