Justine Bell-James
Dr Justine Bell-James is a Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law at the University of Queensland. Her research has focused on legal mechanisms for protection of the coast, drawing upon environmental, planning, property and tort law. She is the author of the monograph ‘Climate Change and Coastal Development Law’, published by Federation Press in 2014, and a co-author of the NCCARF Information Manual ‘Legal Risk and Adaptation’, as well as a number of journal articles in this field.
