Samuel Chan
Samuel is a coral reef community ecologist that did his PhD in the Reef Ecology Lab at the National University of Singapore, investigating reef-scale changes through benthic community data and core assemblages across different spatial and temporal scales. He has also previously worked with the Global Coral Reef Monitoring Network, particularly the East Asian node in establishing a first long-term monitoring report. He is currently involved in creating resources to help with improving standardizations, analysis, and reporting in ReefCloud as well as developing the capabilities of ReefCloud partners through the Marine Resources Initiative.
